How can I order?
You should register as user of the website first, and make purchase on the product page, fill in the Quantity and the discount price will appears on the Price column. You can pay by PayPal online.
If you are going to make larger quantity orders, please contact us for discount price first.
What payment method do you accept?
Online purchase we accept PayPal payment, we also accept Western Union, Money Gram and T/T bank transfer for larger amount order with discount.
Can I order smaller quantities?
We accept low quantity orders, but for customized products, there is some fix cost for each customization, the lower the quantity, the higher the cost, we can make lower quantity for you but you should know the price would be very high.
Can I have discount for bulk purchase with a mix of several products?
We welcome large quantity orders and we are very experienced in big promotional projects, please send us the product list and we will sort out best solution for you, with amazingly low price and cheaper shipping options.
Can you offer free samples?
We do not offer free samples for now.
We have over 1000 different products on sale, it is impossible to keep sample stock for everything, please contact us for sample availability first if you want to see a sample first.
As we have sample requests almost everyday, it is difficult for us to offer free samples right now, we only charge a courier shipping for samples, once you placed order on us and the order amount over USD500, we are very glad to return you the sample shipping fee.
For samples that with your logo and design, we would have to charge extra sample fee.
I want to order something that does not list on your website.
Till now, we’ve made hundreds of special personalized gifts, just send us your idea for the ideal products that you want, we will try our best to make them real.
I want to make a rush order.
We accept rush order but only for some products that with shorter turnover time.
The fastest delivery time is 10 days from money received to the products reach you, please contact us first if you have such request.
How do I make changes to or cancel my order?
After you submitted your order and made payment, everything can be changed until you confirmed the artwork proof. We have set up our system to process your order as quickly as possible, we CANNOT make changes or cancel your order after the artwork has been approved. If there is and error on your artwork and you want to change products, we might charge you extra fee (for example, printer set up fee, false print plate fee etc.) for the change. If you really want to cancel the order, we might have to deduct the cost that already incurred on our side and refund you the rest of the money.
Are they all free shipping?
Yes, for EVERYTHING that you can purchase online, they are free shipping to your door!
How will my order be shipped? Which shipping method will be used?
To North America, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, we normally ship by DHL, Fedex, UPS or TNT, and for the rest of the countries, we also ship by these 4 courier companies in most of the cases, we would sometimes use DEPX, ARAMEX to middle east, EMS to South America.
All the shipping method we take are by courier, the goods will be delivered to your door. We will let you know first if we change other shipping option.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, if you cannot purchase online that means your shipping address is not in our free shipping district, that does not mean that we do not ship to your country, just need to add some extra shipping fee, please contact us to get shipping quotation.
Can I ship to another address that’s not my PayPal registered address?
If you paid by PayPal, we can only ship to your PayPal address, if you want to ship to another address, please use other payment method like Western Union or T/T bank transfer.
How can I track my order status?
We will send you pictures after product finished, if nothing wrong, we will then arrange shipment and email you the courier tracking number.
What is the average lead time and shipping time?
For production lead time, please refer to the ‘Turn over time ‘ on each product page.
For shipping time, by courier normally 5-10 days to arrive you, sometimes 2-5 days time earlier or later is normal, we do not run the courier company, they would sometimes deliver quicker to you, or a few days slower.
What if I receive damaged parcel or have missing items?
We try to maintain 100% customer satisfaction, if you found product damaged or not sufficient quantity, send us photos and we will refund you the money or re-ship enough quantity to you.
